Shipping Areas
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom and all European Union member states. We do not ship to remote territories, islands, restricted postal areas or regions prohibited by customs. Please confirm your delivery address before placing an order.
Order Processing
Orders will be processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days exclude weekends, public holidays in EU, UK and the US. A tracking number will be sent to you once your order is dispatched.
Delivery Time
Standard Shipping: 7 – 15 business days
Delivery delays may happen during peak seasons , customs inspections or bad weather. These delays are not eligible for compensation.
Duties, Taxes & Customs Clearance
All international orders are delivered DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).
Import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees and related charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. You may be required to pay taxes or provide documents for customs clearance.
Refusal to pay duties or cooperate with customs will result in package return. All return shipping costs and fees will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping Fees
Standard Shipping Fee: The standard shipping fee will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout.
Express Shipping: Expedited delivery is available with 3–7 business days transit time. Fee is shown at checkout.
Damaged, Lost or Missing Items
Please inspect your package upon arrival. If the package is damaged or items are missing, take photos and contact our customer service immediately. Do not sign for damaged parcels.
Claims for damage or loss will not be accepted after the package is signed for.
If your package is confirmed lost after more than 25 business days in transit, we will offer a free reshipment or full refund.
Address Change & Returned Packages
Address changes are only available before shipment. No address modification after dispatch.
Packages returned due to incorrect address, unsuccessful delivery or customer refusal will be charged for round-trip shipping fees.
